PhD, Member of the Paris Bar, UPC Representative, Adj. Prof. at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris 2), OECD Expert (GPAI), President of the Stanislas de Boufflers Institute, Matthieu Dhenne is the Founding Partner of DHENNE AVOCATS ("The French Law Firm Dedicated to Patent Litigation").

His practice exclusively focuses on patent litigation. He regularly represents companies before French Courts and UPC, in various fields, with particular emphasis notably on chemistry, life sciences, medical devices, electronics, FRAND licensing, and mechanical engineering.

In parallel, he has pursued a sustained academic activity, authoring or co-authoring several books (notably as co-author of a Patent Law Treatise published by LexisNexis in 2024), and numerous peer-reviewed articles about Patent Law.
